Minndakota Kennels
is
centered in the heart of Pheasant Country. We are located
in Mitchell, South Dakota approximately 70 miles West of
Sioux Falls. We are a new kennel with an old idea of
producing quality German Shorthair Pointers for the
hunter. Our breeding program consists of some of the top
bloodlines in the United States. We are breeding from
DC Hillhaven's Hustler, DC Esser's Duke VD
Wildburg,
DC Timberdoodle Lancer's Answer, DC Stradivarius Baroque,
DC Erick Vom Enzstrand, DC Shill Rest's Impressive, DC The Flying Dutchman V Rip Traf and KS Elk Vom
Hege-Haus.
We feel these
Dual
Champions are the foundation of some of the best
Gun Dogs desired by hunters. They are
not only great hunting dogs but have the looks and
qualities in producing a dog you would be proud to have as
part of your family.

The goal of our
breeding program is to produce a dog that is for the
hunter on foot. The pups are bred for natural
ability to point, back and retrieve. They must be
biddable, and have the desire to please. Not only
are they bred for hunting, they are great
companions for the entire family. We usually have a limited number of pups
available to the public. Most breedings are to
supply us the needed dogs for our guide service.

Our guide service
prides itself on giving you a personal and private hunt.
We are not a guide service that will group you with other
booked parties. We want to give you and your dog
the hunt that you only dream about. If you desire a
