Minndakota Kennels is centered in the heart of Pheasant Country.  We are located in Mitchell, South Dakota approximately 70 miles West of Sioux Falls. We are a family run kennel with an old idea of producing quality German Shorthair Pointers for the hunter.  Our breeding program consists of some of the top bloodlines in the United States.  We are breeding from

 As our kennel has continued to grow as well as our family we have seen the need for the type of dogs we our producing.  A dog that can hunt three months of the year and be part of the family for twelve.  Our 3 boys make that 4 (Dad is one of the biggest) and the crazy idea's and things we do for fun have shown us the true versatility and desire our dogs have to want to be with us.  What do they say "a picture is worth a thousand words".
